Four players who were highlighted in the 2023 NFL Draft last year are considered by many to be franchise quarterbacks on the next level: Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud, Anthony Richardson, and Will Levis.
In the end, Stroud emerged as the team’s star player, leading the Houston Texans to the NFL playoffs and a thrilling victory over the Cleveland Browns in the first round by scoring 45 points against Myles Garrett and company.
Before suffering a season-ending injury, Richardson appeared to be a potential scorer for the Indianapolis Colts and held great promise. He may end up being the team’s future face.
For the Carolina Panthers, Levis showed some promise when he finally got his chance and appears to be the starter for the Tennessee Titans going forward. Young, on the other hand, was somewhat of a bust, with the team barely making it to the finish line and possibly blowing things up to start over next year.
