Despite previous ties to Liverpool, Ajax teenager Jorrel Hato has recently acknowledged that a move to Arsenal would be something of a dream.
Speaking to ELF Voetbal, Hato praised Jurrien Timber’s career path as an excellent example to follow.
Despite Timber’s unfortunate early injury, the 17-year-old believed the transfer to Arsenal was a wise one.
Hato acknowledged that there is still much work to be done but stated that making such a step was a great ambition of his.
“Unfortunately, Timber suffered a serious injury in his Premier League debut for Arsenal, but he is still young and has a bright future ahead of him,” the statement read.
“Anyway, he had an amazing experience moving to Arsenal.”
“I understand that I still have a long way to go, but it is also my desire to make such a transfer one day.”
