According to rumours, Manchester City is preparing for Arsenal’s interest in English midfielder Kalvin Phillips.
The 27-year-old Phillips joined the Premier League champions last summer after leaving Leeds United. However, since that £45 million transfer, the midfielder has had difficulty getting regular playing time.
His future is still a subject of much speculation, and according to claims from The Sun, Arsenal may try to sign him. Oleksandr Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus were allowed to transfer between City and Arsenal directly last summer, and the Gunners went on to contend for the Premier League championship.
